You focus on the ride. We take care of the tools.

Tell me what you ride. I will show you the kit built for the bolts your bike actually uses, not a drawer of sizes you will never touch.

When your bike goes down out there, this gets you home.

"I could not buy the kit I wanted, so I built it. Everything I needed to fix my own bikes, made to a quality nobody else was making. It is the best set out there. For a lot of riders, it is the only kit they own."

SBV motorcycle tool set laid out flat in its open blue roll

The complete repair kit for your motorcycle.

Most tool rolls are built to hit a price point, giving you a few common sizes and filling the rest with useless filler, while still missing the exact tool you need when you're stranded. We built this kit in reverse: starting with a list of every fastener on every bike. It weighs just 5.18 lbs and rolls up to a compact 4 x 10.5 inches, meaning zero dead weight and zero wasted space. The real genius is how it manages to do so much with so little.

The Taroko 166 ratchet assembled beside the open SBV tool roll

The Taroko 166™. A featherweight ratchet with serious strength.

Weighing in at just 5.9 oz, about a third of a standard ratchet, it's easy to be skeptical until you actually use it. But with a 224 ft-lb rating, it delivers more than double the torque needed to hold most wheels on. It features a 72-tooth, 3/8-inch drive forged from chrome vanadium tool steel. Honestly, you kind of just have to hold it to understand it.

SBV multi-interface socket fitting six bolt types

Turn six bolt types without changing tools.

Square, metric, SAE, rounded-off, Torx, star, 12-point, and spline. Normally, that's six different pieces cluttering your tray. Our multi-socket handles all of them. Instead of digging around for the right fit, you just grab one and leave the other five at home. Plus, since everything connects to the same ratchet head, you get way more reach than a socket this size has any right to offer.

SBV ratchet shown in multiple configurations

Reach the bolts buried deep in the bike.

Not every bolt is out in the open. Some are buried deep behind the air filter or tucked away at weird angles where a standard handle just won't swing. That's usually where a roadside repair stops dead. This ratchet system adapts to fit the access point, transforming into an L-shape, straight driver, or T-handle, and connects to the other tools in the roll to reach the tough spots. You adapt the tool to the bike, instead of searching for a new tool.

SBV tools combined into one long lever

Build your own breaker bar on the fly.

The wrench, ratchet, and extension all lock together to create a single, long lever with enough force to break a stubborn tire loose on the shoulder of the highway. That heavy-duty capability is built right into the roll. No extra tools, and no dead weight taking up space in your panniers when you're miles from the next repair station.

SBV hex bit set in its holder

The same grip on day one and day one thousand.

Standard molded plastic holders stretch out, and magnets eventually rust and fail. The SBV holder uses a specialized grip that holds your bits just as securely on day one thousand as it did on day one. It works flawlessly with heavy gloves on, which matters when your hands are cold or greasy. A quick shot of WD-40 every now and then is all the maintenance it asks for, ensuring nothing spills into the dirt when you unroll it.

SBV ratchet spanner driving a fastener on an engine

The same pieces. More reach. No extra weight.

Pop on an adapter, and your wrench suddenly becomes a socket driver. You get different lengths and different angles, all from the exact same handful of components already in your hand. Everything is designed to work together modularly, adapting to the job in front of you without adding an ounce of extra load. Once you get past the basics, your only limit is how you combine the pieces.

SBV 3/8 inch digital torque adapter in its case

Torque precision at 8.8 oz.

Tighten a bolt too little, and it vibrates loose on the trail. Tighten it too much, and you strip the thread. This 8.8 oz digital adapter snaps onto any ratchet or breaker bar in the kit, delivering dead-on torque readings from 1 to 151 ft-lbs, covering every spec on a standard bike. Leave the bulky torque wrench in your garage; take the precision with you. The digital torque adapter is part of the Pro Pack.

The System. Built in Layers.

SBV Basic Set tool roll

The Basic Set. Universal coverage from the first day.

Bits, sockets, ratchets, wrenches, MIT design throughout: metric, inch, and Torx in one tool instead of three. This is the base layer, built to handle most bolts on most bikes without modification. It is where every rider starts, and for most road and trail situations it is enough on its own. It is also the base that the Add-On Pouch clips directly onto.

Universal Fit
SBV model-specific add-on pouch

The Add-On Pouch. Precision for your specific motorcycle.

Every bike carries a handful of fasteners a universal kit cannot anticipate: the tire sizes specific to your model, the odd-spec bolts that show up in one place on one machine. The Add-On Pouch is built around your exact make and model, so the tools for those fasteners are already in the roll. It removes the last uncertainty, and the kit for your bike is one selection away.

Bike-Specific
SBV Pro Pack full system roll

Combined. One roll. Ready for anything.

Clip the Basic Set and your model pouch together and the result is the Pro Pack: one roll, black outside to take the dirt, blue inside so the tool is visible at a glance. 600D fabric holds against abrasion. The outer cover holds the roll closed. Everything from blocks one through ten is in there, including the digital torque adapter, organized and accounted for. Combined. One roll. Ready for anything.
